Custom Enterprise Engagement
Scoped per client. Typical engagements run 8-16 weeks across multiple business units with measurable cost or revenue targets. We take one enterprise slot at a time — concurrent delivery would dilute the quality that makes this tier work.
Engagement shapes we’ve run
Most enterprise asks collapse into one of four patterns. If yours doesn’t, the scoping call will surface that in 30 minutes and we’ll design the right shape from scratch.
AI operating model — full company
8-12 weeks. Map every function against its AI leverage, design the operating model, stand up the governance. Typically a CEO or COO mandate.
Workflow migration at scale
10-16 weeks. Replace or augment 10-40 legacy workflows with AI-native equivalents. Typically ops, support, or sales-engineering led.
Agent platform build-out
12-16 weeks. Design and stand up the internal agent platform: evaluation harness, tool registry, observability, human-in-loop queues. Engineering-led.
Board-level AI readiness
6-8 weeks. For PE-backed companies or public-company boards: portfolio-level AI thesis, capability gap analysis, prioritized investment plan.
How scoping works

Scoping call (no charge)
45-60 minutes. Principal-to-principal. We figure out whether this is a real engagement or a pitch to avoid.

Written scoping doc
Within 5 business days. Proposed shape, team, timeline, fixed or phased fee, and the three success metrics we’d hold ourselves to.

Mutual go/no-go
We’ve walked away from roughly a third of enterprise conversations. If the scope is wrong, the timing’s wrong, or the budget’s not matched to outcome, we’ll say so before you spend anything.

Kickoff within 3 weeks
Engagement starts within 15 business days of contract signature. We hold one slot open for enterprise work at any time.
What we commit to
- Fixed-fee or milestone-based pricing. No hourly billing — the incentives are wrong.
- Named principals on every engagement. The senior operator who runs scoping runs delivery.
- Written success metrics agreed before kickoff. We refund 25% if we miss the primary metric without an exogenous cause.
- Full IP transfer on every artifact, prompt, and runbook produced. No vendor lock-in and no licensing games.
- Knowledge transfer is a first-class deliverable — we succeed when your team doesn’t need us for phase two.
