The 2-3 signals to watch, where they live in your existing stack, and the threshold that means ‘stop, reconsider.’

Questions
Is a 60-minute audit really enough?+
For a bounded decision, yes. For ‘rebuild our whole ops stack with AI,’ no — that’s the Playbook. If we think your question is too big for a micro-session, we’ll refund the difference and point you up a tier.
Why the price range instead of a fixed fee?+
Three variables: how much raw material you send, whether the decision touches a regulated domain (healthcare, finance, legal), and whether you need same-week turnaround. Most micro-sessions land around $147.
What do you actually look at?+
Your current workflow, the tool or pattern you’re considering (we stay current on Claude, GPT-5, Cursor, n8n, Zapier AI, and the major agent frameworks), and the second-order effects — what breaks upstream or downstream if this ships.
Can you just confirm the thing I already want to do?+
No. If we think you’re right, we’ll say so and show our work. If we think you’re wrong, we’ll say that too. The value of an outside opinion is that it can disagree.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes, mutual NDAs at no charge. We don’t publish client names or work product without explicit written permission.
